- You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Items purchased on clearance or under promotional offers.
- Products without a valid proof of purchase.
- Email us at info@indilok.com or raise a request via your account dashboard.
- Our team will schedule a pickup or advise you on the return method.
- Once we received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the refund will be processed via bank transfer only.
- Shipping fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
- Orders may be cancelled if the product is unavailable or if there are pricing or stock errors.
- Custom-built or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.<
