- Experienced in developing and handling state of the art plasma equipment like PE-ALD, PE-CVD, Magnetron Sputtering.
- Experienced in developing high and Ultra High Vacuum reactors with heated susceptors.
- Experienced on handling and developing Ultra clean components, Gas Panels and special purpose clean valves for precursor delivery to vacuum reactors.
