Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Delivery is completed within 3-7 business days based on the pin code and product type.

For bulk or custom orders, timelines will be communicated separately.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹8,000.

Orders below this value may attract a shipping fee (shown during checkout).

Additional charges may apply for remote locations or heavy items.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, not necessarily but you may receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.

4. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner disruptions.

If your product is lost or arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
